If your voltage is nominal 12v-13.5v but your current draw is LOW (using a workbench power supply) will indicate a FAIL 001. If I disconnect the antenna cable from the radio, I don't get the FAIL 001 message. I discovered the hard way when I learned the current knob on the power ...
