wb4bli,
The L1548A requires an extra 4 wire add-on board to work the way you want it to. You may be able to obtain one from GAI-Tronics @ 800-492-1212.

Re: Motorola Command Plus
wrowzee,
Not sure if you got an answer for this yet or not, but you will need the RSS to change the alert tone back to "warble" or "two-tone". It sounds like the unit reset to default parameters which sets the alert to "continous". You can get a newer, win-based programming software (CARD Suite ...

Channel Steer
mokena208,
Sorry, I was out for a few days and didn't get a chance to reply. The same cable that would use for a GM300, you would also use for a CDM Seriers radio. Of course the plug goes directly in the center of the connector with 2 pins leftover on each side. The only thing you may have to ...

Comtegra will Channel Steer
Tom,
You are correct in the pieces that you would need. The tone adapter would have to use binary addressing in order to steer channels on the GM300 and CMD Series radios. There is no special adapter needed, just the proper pinout on the connecting cable.

Comtegra Remote Console
The Comtegra unit was availabe and STILL IS in either Tone or DC Control. In both applications, you would need an adapter to interface to the radio that you are using. For more information on these adapters or the Comtegra, please contact GAI-Tronics @800-492-1212.

Radio Dispatch Console
Just wanted to make you aware of GAI-Tronics Radio Dispatch Product line. We make a full line of Tone and DC Desksets and Consoles. We previously made the Command PLUS Console for Motorola.
