Get wire shark on the switch were the audio gateways are and do a port mirror or use a tap. Look at the traffic coming into the gateway and see if the audio cuts out before it is received by the gateway

From what i understand the CP and CM 200's while being digital will not communicate with mototrbo equipment, only with other cp /cm models.
