Re: SABER II Program Help - Bricked?
Hey guys, Yeah, still no luck. I tried different PCs (Old Ones of course) and it is almost like the radio has a problem. I cannot for the life of me to get it to even try to communicate with the radio. I verified everything was working with the RIB and RSS with a known good radio and I can read and ...

Re: SABER II Program Help - Bricked?
Hey Mike! Great suggestion..... When I follow that procedure, The screen then comes up with an ERR 0 81 on the display now. If I turn off the radio and turn it back on it goes back to the orginal symptom of all the characters lit up with the top row of icons flashing. To me that is progress to see E...

Re: Jedi Missing Pixels FSB *extended*
I actually repaired one of these using a regular Iron for clothing. I set it on low for delicate cloth and pressed one of the edges of the iron on the cable. I put firm pressure on the cable with the circuit board laying on a semi hard absorbing surface like a stack of paper (I used a manual for som...

No luck on any of the above suggestions..... Ugh.... Any other ideas? I just keep getting the dreaded I/O serial error regarding it not being able to communicate with the radio.
Thanks again!
