You don't need a KVL for ADP. You set ADP keys in the code plug. The KVL is needed for hardware encryption.

ADP indeed works in analog, but it must be P25. It will not work in conventional analog.

The Release Notes are chock full of new feature support and fixes. The only new products supported by this release is the APX8500. This release also now supports the Si500 video RSM.
