Astro Spectra vs Spectra volume level
Does anyone know what volume adjust offset db level on the Astro Spectra most closely matches the VOL 0-15 on the analog Spectra? I find that the Astro volume adjust tone is much more harsh and loud compared to the volume number displayed. Thanks!

I just found a solution to my problem....albeit a little more expensive! I bought a Motorola OEM Bluetooth for my MTS/XTS radios. I also ordered a Bluedriver XLR Bluetooth reciever......it's basically an XLR plug with a Bluetooth tube. The Motorola part will transmit to the XLR input of the adapter....

Bill, what I meant was that the lead with the PRINTING on it was actually the NEGATIVE lead. I checked one of the other Motorola speakers, and the printed lead was the POSITIVE! Just a quick follow-up......the Oceanside repeater makes a slight hum at the end of the transmission, then clean silence, the San Diego one does not. I will assume the OS one is Motorola and the SD one is garbage!

JH, yes, these are monitor only radios.........I have a bunch of older Spectras, Astros and Maxtrac radios that I physically opened up, and CUT the transmit wires, so they could not transmit.
