Be aware the M120 radios, although 16 pin, do not have access to the programmable pins in the RSS in regular radio mode for setting the COR. You need to use the repeater mode in order to access that. See this thread for details:

The ID-O-Matic mod works on M120's. No changes in the radio needed.

You can also have it interfaced into the transmit radio's mic jack. Most any Motorola mobile since the Radius and Maxtrac will work for the TX.
