I got it to work just fine under Windows 10 Pro, but it needs to be the 32 bit OS, it won't run even in compatibility mode under the 64 bit OS.

Anyone know how to bypass the control crap on these PA's to make them work with any exciter? I know from the manual that its 400mw to 1.5w drive but applying that it doesn't do anything, no output, so i know the control circuit needs to be modified to get it working.

The newer Opentracker + is a sweet little unit. I like the ability to load in firmware and make it suit my needs. Weather, Digi, Tracker. Pretty cool. The comparable TinyTrak4 from Byonics costs a lot more to do the same things. With the Opentracker + you can load in the Kiss firmware and hook it up...

I took the 20 pin cable from a dead power supply, about 4 inches of the wire on the plug, and then i desoldered the 20 pin jack from a dead motherboard. From that point on i just soldered and heatshrinked all the wire...

On the radio that won't power up check the fuse, on the bottom, its the green thing that looks like a 1/4w resistor.
