EEprom Error. Did you attempt to flash the radio without the proper equiptment??

No...

The radio with its battery was carried in my luggage in my trunk and was found when unpacked to be turned on with a dead battery.

Radio has no response except when Powered on with "D" pressed it displays ...

Has anyone found an anwer to this question?

Mounting 3 Mag Mounts on my 03 TB .. I routed the cables down the front thru the rubber moulding as it went around the door frame .. . and then in thru the door area up under the dash .. later I may go ahead and drill the holes .. but for now it works well ..

And 2 of the radios (both lightweight ...

We do telephone systems for hotels and businesses...

I could send you the boiler plate and spreadsheet that we work from if you do not get any other information...

This is assumed from what you state to be Motorola Factory Sanctioned and so is there a spec sheet that lists how this complies with NTIA?

And of course .. you did clean the battery contacts didn't you? (both in the radio and on the battery)

Hmmmm I wonder if they spec'd out correctly .. could they be considered NTIA compliant.... ( Or do they still need FCC to be NTIA ? )

The major problem that comes up is that under CAP the radios will need to be compliant for both Narrow and Wide (and for funding purposes for newly acquired P25 compliant) to work with those in the infrastructure that will be either Narrow or Wide (IE: Marine channel 16 will end up staying Wide ...

Per the Users Guide for the P1225 under "Battery Status Indicator":

When the battery is fully charged, a double high-pitched tone sounds at radio startup. (100% charged)

Absolutely normal operation.
