Building phase 2 contact list in APX
Good morning, My first attempt at building a phase 2 trunking call list, or alias list if you will, in an APX radio. Want to be able to display the talking radio's alias, instead of the trunking SUID. I have contacts in the UCL. When I open up the ID to set the Type 2 trunking id, it shows the syste...

Re: Motorola Advanced Simulcast Controller
Of course. We acquired a paging system, using a Zetron 2200 and an ASC with a single PURC tx. After moving all the hardware to our location and installing it, it seems we're missing the ASC / 2200 cross connect info. I don't even know why we need the durn thing, with only 1 transmitter. There's also...

So we got a bunch of radios in trade that are all password protected. Has anyone had any luck rooting out the password using a hex editor at all?
If so, details on how that's done would be greatly appreciated.

What's the trick to applying the softpot values so they "stick?" I use the "program" button, and then "close" the tuning window and exit out of the tuner, and the values don't take.

Ok, I was able to access the radio with a 32 bit machine. TY.
Anyone familiar with the Tuner application? It seems the changes I am making to TX output are not being saved, even though I'm applying the changes with the "PROGRAM" button in the window.

Centracom Gold Elite
We want to try to reconfigure a Gold Elite console.
It currently has a T22R and a T44R node, with 2 T1R1 SP nodes for the transmitters. We want to turn one of the Quantars into a T12R12, and the other into a T77R. Is this possible? The only node choices in the CDM are the T22r & T44R.
thx
