Yep, it was the radio. So get this... The plug on the board where you plug in the case, it was loose and came off when I was attempting to try a new case. Sooo, it appears that it was very loose in the first place, sometimes making contact and sometimes not.

The radio hasn't been changed from when it came from the factory other than having a codeplug loaded in it. Weird thing is that the radio works fine and is back out to an officer right now without issue. Just can't make a small change to the codeplug that I needed to make.

I ended up getting both cables and had two Astro Spectra +'s come through the other day. Took me a while to figure out what it was because I had never programmed one before. Also found out that the Astro Spectra software doesn't work with the plus.

You were right. It hung but when I did what you said and read the radio, it came up fine in the new flash. Soooo, everything is good and all 5 radios are flashed. Only about 20 more to go!!
