That was it. I replaced it with a board from an old 800 MHz parts radio. The 800 stuff is good for something lol. Fired right up and worked just fine. In use at my FD today. (Volunteer FD)

Hello all, I have 5 or 6 XTS 3000 VHF Model 1's all with the same exact problem.
I don't get any audio on RX. Tx is perfect. All on Frequency and make full power.
But on the service monitor they are def as a post. Cant hear a thing.

I have 3 or 4 UHF 450-460 MHz P100s. I am attempting to get them down to 443???. I looked at the website but my archive files dont come out like the website suggests.
