It is on the receive side. When someone is talking to the receiving radios the audio will spike meaning going from low to full volume hurting peoples ears. The surv kits are from impact radio

Yes when they were just digital it worked fine. They where using a XPR8300 repeater and XPR6350 radio, now they are using a SLR5700 repeater with XPR3500e radios. Nothing has changed antenna's are new and also splitters are new. Same location for antennas nothing has moved. Problems only once I turned them to cap plus. This is not the same system this is a totally different system.

Thats what i thought it was so i programmed the mobile to low power and the antenna for the base is on the roof not inside the room. The repeater is a long way away. This is a brand new system they never had radios before. Industry Canada here in Toronto gave us that frequency to use. I have another 3 frequency that they gave us that we can use in the digital format.

Just talking to the customer and they said they can hear full conversations of another hotel specially in the east part of the building. I am wondering if changing the color code to a different one that is set now would correct the problem?
