maybe the ribbon cable in the head is not totally plugged in. Pull the head off and try taking the ribbon cable off and put it back on.

motorola has a new CM300 i guess it replaced the gm300
the cable is different from what i head....anyone know how to make a cable for this radio.

I need to hook up a cdm1250 to a recording device, I need it to record both receive audio and the transmitting microphone audio so i hear both sides on the recorder ...any way to do this?

I have an export radio but can't read it becouse of the regional settings are incorrect.
how can i change this...when i look at the software it has a regional setting of AA I need to set it up for latin america.
any help would be apprieciated...
