I used the 19.60.5, it's a 4 meg so it would have went up to R16.00.01. When I read the radio with CPS, it shows the tuner version as 'unknown'. I've never seen that before.

Jupt updated the firmware in my XTS2500 800. Now when I try and put it in service mode, I push the lower button 5 times, the radio beeps as if it will go into service mode, the screen goes blank as if the radio was turning off, then back on again. S-Rec needed

Looking for an S-REC for an MTS2000 800mhz top display. (H01UCD6PW1BN) I need in the flashcode to have Smartzone and MDC options. (A whored out one would be nice too.) :lol: Any help would be appreciated.

MT-1500

Remote speaker mic problem with an MT-1500 800mhz. New officer received a brand new MT-1500 from Motorola. We have tried several different speaker mics, all to no avail. I didn't see anything in the programming? Either the radio is the problem, or I am.. Any suggestions?

Maybe I'm doing something wrong here. I'm trying to fix one of our Dept. CDM1550's with the EEPROM Error with 6.11.05. I get the option to 'Recover the radio with the default codeplug', I choose that option, click 'Ok' then it looks as if the program is working, then the CPS is "Not Responding'...

The output on this thing is great, but when transmitting from a portable/mobile to the repeater, the input audio is crappy. It's really choppy and staticy. Any suggestions?

It's definetley an MDC burst. No one is keying up during their transmissions. Could it be that they are using say another brand of portable or mobile radio, Kenwood, with some kind of MDC add on? I know their motorcycle units use Kenwoods, not Moto's.
