So doing this I have pin 4 with 13.5vdc normally and upon alert it reverts to .06 momentarily and that will trip the relay?

Re: LED Bar as part of roof rack?

Did that to my 2016 Expedition on the rear. Stacked two Fenix sticks with simple "L" brackets and fit between the factory luggage rails. Routed the wires by drilling a hole in the inside end of the rail support and dropped into the cabin. A little silicon around the outside hole and done. ...

Re: XTL2500 dual head setup

I had given the control heads names in CPS. Will try defaluts CH 1 & 2. I will also disconnect the ign on CH 2 and see how that works.

While I am at it. This is being set up for a station base. Can I still pull line level audio off the accessory connector?

Thanks

Re: BK Radios, anybody using or have experience with them?

BK's widely used in AZ because of USFS interface needs. They work well for the forestry side. I personally did not care for them but for disaster or large scale operations they are easy to clone. If using in the fire service world...not a big fan.

It also seems that listed UHF equipment (ie..CDM, HT, etc) on the Board don't move very fast either. Just made me wonder why UHF would be less popular since I know there are still alot of UHF systems out there. Curious!
