Re: Oddball multi-channel alert monitor
I have serviced hundreds of Alert Monitors but that one is definitely unique.
Looks like it has dual filters sets to allow wider frequency coverage (similar to what was done with the "wideband" MCX100 mobile radios)
The channel select knob looks to be from a HT-220

I should have marked this thread closed, the issue was the flex cable inside the control head was only connected on one end. The control head was NIB, so apparently this one slipped through Quality Control.

O5 FL 05-93 with XTL 5000
Trying to connect a "NIB" HLN6911H Grey face O5 remote mount control head with a XTL5000 and I get a FL 05-93 code, regardless if the control head is connected to the brick or not. The radio had previously worked with an O5 control head, so I doubt it is in the brick. Plugged in a W7 head and could ...

Dual Control Head Bracket for W5 heads?
Looked through my catalogs and MOL and could not find such an animal.
Was there ever a control head bracket that would handle 2 W5 control heads?
Looking for a part number or interested in purchasing (5) if anyone has some available.
TIA

I'll look, I may have a copy of the manual some where in the file cabinet.
IIRC all of the Pageboys were tone and voice only (no squelch circuit) so you won't be able to monitor with them and the tone elements for the GC tone sets might be difficult if not impossible to find.
