I'm alittle slow in replying....
Was that an aftermarket item to raise the rear seat to make room for the radios, if so is there noticable difference to someone sitting back there?

in the back of the dual Cod3 LEDx, there are 4 wires -- a ground for each color and a positive for each color -- its as simple as only powering up the red section or the blue section.
I don't really respond Code 3 (or 10-39 or whatever you call it) these are just for when i'm on scene of something ...

I also have a wrangler, but I use inside lights
When I went to mexico a few months back, they had a police jeep wrangler with a light bar on it. It was mounted right throught the soft top, right into the roll bar.

Here is an ATV that is used by our sheriff's department. As you can tell there are 2 LEDX up front and 2 LEDX in the rear along with a pole stobe in the rear. A remote siren is also used, main during large events to move through the crowds, not so much for highway useage. The pole strobe is nice ...

CDM 1550LS - Rookie Question
Okay, I have a real dumb question....
So I have a CDM 1550LS UHF, and this would be the first time that I'm buying an antenna and cable for it -- What kind do I need? and the connector from the cable to the radio, what is that? I'm replacing my Kenwood TK Series radio and the antenna connector ...

CDM1550 Dual Control Head Kit
I must be blind or something, but I am having a heck of a time looking for someone that sells the CDM1550 Dual Control Head Kit. I have two of the CDM1550LS (UHF&VHF) and since I drive a jeep space is limited up front for the head unit. I'm hopping this is what I need to run two radios off of one ...

I just removed two LED-X lights that were flush mounted on the rear of the truck. Of course they left 3 holes behind each (2 for screws, 1 for the wire) -- Anyone have a tips or secrets about recovering these holes.
Or is it as simple as alittle bondo and some nail polish?

I would agree with one part of your statement, however I disagree with the comment about just tearing out the center console and installing everything there. If I had the ability to do so, I would post the pics of my jeep with the floor mounted shifter, and the lack of other dry space to install my ...

Okay, thanks guys! I wasn't aware that you could share a control head! thats going to help out alot, and I don't mind having 2 control heads showing, its better than 3 i guess.
So that lead me to my next question, anyone know where I could get my hands on a set up like that, for a decent price? or ...

Not sure what you are asking here, the mounting of the speaker? When we recently put in the Fed Sig DynaMax Speaker right behind the grill. I would think that (if your speaker is flat) you could bolt it right to the front cross member of the frame, may have to redrill the mounting home depending on ...

Q: wrangler antennas
So my POV is a '98 jeep wrangler. I currently have a TK780 and the antenna is mounted to a "L" bracket which is bolted to the side of the jeep, over the rear fender. I was alittle "ify" at first about it, but it grew on me, I'm still able to switch from hard top to soft top, but now that I'm with ...

I checked out the site, and I do find some of the contect pretty darn funny, however, at least with this car, its all for real and there is no wannabe operating it.
