You are correct, I have that option installed were everything is installed on a master switch and it controls relays were everything is connected into. The problem I am running into is some of these vehicles (ambulances) get use for 16hrs. a day and they get parked at night and the crews don't turn ...

I have a 2006 E-350 Truck and I’m looking to tap in a wire lead, so when the truck gets shifted into park a neg ground is set off to trigger a relay. Does anyone know were I can locate that wire or circuit at on that style of truck. Thanks, Richard

I just recently installed a brand new vhf radio system in a 2006 Crestline Ambulance and the whining noise when the truck is idle or moving is so bad you can not hear anyone talk, once you turn the truck off it stops. Vehicular Repeater
Looking for some information on vehicular repeaters. I know that vertex and pyramid communications makes in-vehicular repeaters. I was wondering if any one has either units in service and which is the better of the two units. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks Richard
