Okay gang,
I finally figured out how to run the HEX editor. It was relatively easy once I figured out how to edit the thing.

Now it looks like I can program into the HAM BANDS. Problem is I'm not able to transmit of receive... I'm guessing because it's so far out of band that the repeater needs ...

I recently bought a used Radius R100 repeater (UHF) and was told that it worked. I don't know a whole lot about these radios (Literally). I jotted down the frequency and PL, tried to key it, no joy! The 'J aux' is not plugged into anything it's a basic system.
