FWIW they make a call box kit with the XPR7550/XPR7550e chassis with an SMA jack as we're all used to... if one is enterprising you can order the jacks and replace them on the PCB, problem solved :lol:

Manual says something like 200KHz of bandwidth at 1.5MHz separation and 600KHz of bandwidth at 2.5MHz separation. Has anyone used them on a 600KHz split and how was the insertion loss and other performance?

GP300s never had Impres, can't say I recall a non-Impres charger ever alternating between red and green though. Almost certainly a bad battery, perhaps rapidly alternating between rapid charge and complete because the cells are shot ?

Sounds like maybe it wasn't properly installed. The symptoms are indicative of the CH PCB not being properly seated and the compression contacts not making full contact. Ensure the tabs on the PCB are properly aligned with the grooves in the housing

So does the power management circuit in an Impres battery "disable" the battery when the capacity falls below, say, 80% of the original battery capacity? Rather than let the user decide to replace the battery, the Impres system just kills the battery even though its "80% good"? ...

I came across some NOS RLN6379 kits yesterday and recall they work fantastic with the XTS and JEDI portables. They were originally designed to work with a Motorola headset but IIRC mated up fine with p much any COTS mono headset

As of today, depot repair submission through MOL is STILL down. I was told that repair requests would have to be submitted by phone call to the 800 number for shipping labels to be created (for those of you who have contract or RSA repair status.) Try using MSIE.... I was able to make work tickets ...

Alternatively you can use the voice announcement to accomplish this as well

Device -> Manage Voice Announcement -> Load Voice Files

Then go to the Announcement tab and select Set Voice Files

Go to advanced search
