If I am correct, the Minitor III will allow out of band programming - the software forces you to acknowledge you're programming out of band. If that doesn't work, try programming each frequency in it's band - for example, program F1 in the correct band and then reset the bandsplit and program F2. Se...

Swap Board mewans they basically exchange the pager. If you get back a water damaged pager unrepaired or asking for payment, please let me know.

Your low tone indicates a bad transducer which can be replaced - free by Motorola if in warranty of by others (us if requested) for a lot less if out of warranty. We also have clean refurbished or new Advisor II's if required.

They typically fix NOTHING - they exchange it. I've also never experienced a refusal to honor the warranty if within warranty - for any reason. Also, working thru a dealer can often save movey on the depot charge - a dealer pays less. I know I do.
