GM360 Test 8 failed

GM360 Test 8 failed

Anybody know what is "Test 8"? (and why it might have failed!?) I have 2 GM360 radios, each with its own control head. One radio is programmed OK and works perfectly, with its own ctrl head. When I plug in the other control head, it displays "test 8 failed".

Presumably this indicates a fault within the control head. but could anyone shed any light on test 8?
