Hello all,
I have a MT2000 top display in VHF flavor, firmware 2.11. I have removed the stop inside the channel selector so it is now continuous. I have enabled the continuous rotary and added 255 channels using the known tools. The problem is that even though the continuous rotary is enabled, it doesn't work. I am really hoping someone can help me out with a codeplug that works.
Thanks a bunch!
Frank

The 255 continous was a MTS2000 option, don't know if you'll get that to work on a MT2000 (different controller).

I have 2 MTX838's that have the top display, & continuous rotary switch. They hold 99 memories. While that doesn't help you, UHF vs VHF, 99 ch is the max. GARY

Re: MT2000 A4 VHF continuous rotary codeplug
Hate to revive an old thread guys but I wanted to share my success with this project. I have successfully converted two top display MT2000 units to continuous rotary with rollover alert and 250 channels. Makes for a really nice radio, gave new life to the two top display units I had. If anyone else is interested in this modification I can help.

I too was able to modify an old vhf mt2k top display. Hardest part was removing the 16 pos switch stop for continuous rotary . . . Thanks Frank
