BPR-40 Mag One codeplug problem

Post by arlojanis »

Lately I have seen several BPR-40 both UHF and VHF that give the error message "unsupported radio codeplug region" when I try to read them. Is there a way to reset the region? These are North American radios that were programmed with NA software the first time. Would they now program with software for other countries?

What version CPS are you using? Is it R02.01?

Yes, R02.01. I recently reprogrammed 63 radios and 2 of them gave the unsupported codeplug region error. These had been programmed before with R02.01
