Need Manual For Old S1333A Two-Tone Generator

Does anyone have a manual for an S1333A two-tone generator. A friend gave me one that he said did not work. There's a piece of tape on top that says "Do Not Use", so I want to check the wiring against a manual before I try to apply power.
