Anyone else getting massive PHPBB/SQL errors when posting?

Post by d119 »

Ive been getting a lot of PHPBB/SQL related errors the last week to week and a half when posting to the site. Anyone else?

Posts seem to go through OK, but not without the system bitching about it.

I guess it's saying SSL not SQL. Hell if I know anything about any of this.

Things along this line:

Code: Select all

[phpBB Debug] PHP Warning: in file [ROOT]/includes/functions_messenger.php on line 1424: stream_socket_enable_crypto(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed

I got it one time when trying to post in the last few days. Hit backspace to return to my edit page, hit submit, and got the double post warning. Hit F5, and my recent post appeared.

Likewise. Just wanted to make sure that I wasn't the only one. Seems to be more intermittent than it was before.

I know what the problem is and there are some logistical issues required to get it fixed.

All: It will show up anytime the forum needs to send an email. I'm working through getting it fixed but it may take a couple of days due to some logistics with the host. No need to reply that it is happening or all the places that it happens.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

No big deal to me, Alex. More concerned that you are aware of it, and you are. Thanks for letting us know!

If you look when you post under options "Disable BBCode" is checked. If you uncheck that it will work. It's to allow you to post text/code and not have it processed for display. I believe if you dig through the preferences panel (I can find it if you are unable to) you will be able to change the default to being on so you don't have to remember to click it every time.

Edit: http://batboard.batlabs.com/ucp.php?i=u ... &mode=post should get you there.

How's your post count, Chris?

For the record:

You have a habit of busting people out on open forums using their personal information. Yes, personal information includes first names, and yes com501 has posted his name in the past, but, why do you do that bro?
