saber battery question?

saber battery question?

Hi Guys, Happy Holidays!! Im looking for one of those shorty batteries for my Sabers, i found a Lithium-ion made by Cut Rate Batteries? Its a 7.2v 1950 mah. Anybody have any luck with these? Or am i wasting my money.....$71 shipped. I was told Motorola no longer makes those anymore...that true? Kevin

I don't know if Motorola makes them or not, but if you buy a lithium-ion battery, make sure your charger will properly support that battery chemistry.

Is an Impres charger OK also for lit-ion?

I have and use four of the Cut-Rate short Lithium Ion batteries and they've been in use for a couple of years with no problems.

The Impres charger will charge a Lithium Ion battery with no problems; it's a tri-chem charger.
