MSF5000 Single Beep Alarm

Post by krazybob »

We have just deployed another MSF5000 with battery backup capabilities. We have no batteries connected. Each time to repeater's CWID announces we are getting a single alarm beep going out over the air. Prior to making a subtle change we were getting the 1-beef after each user would unkey. 1-beep means that we've lost AC power, which of course we haven't. We don't see in the manual/software where to tell the MSF to ignore the battery backup feature.

Can you help?
