Are all MTR3000's repeaters, or does an option need to be ordered?

All of them are analog and digital from the factory. What needs to be ordered beyond the included features are items like Capacity Plus, Dynamic Mixed Mode, Enhanced GPS, Digital Phone Patch, etc.
