Quantar Fast Keyup

Postby gi6atz » Fri Mar 23, 2018 5:21 am

I,m having issues with the Fast Keyup Option using Pin 23 of Connector #14

I had been using this feature for several years to remotely PTT my Quantar at a remote site. A few weeks ago the Quantar failed following repeated mains outages and when I visited the remote site all of the LEDs on SCM were flashing and I couldn't reset the station or programme the SCM.

I replaced the SCM with a spare I had and reloaded the codeplug from a saved file but the station fails to key using Fast Keyup . I can key it from the controls on the SCM so the staion is working

Am I missing something?

TIA

Gordon
