Kent County, Michigan fire paging tones Programing M 5

Post by Lefty »

I have the tone information for my local fire department and would like to program it into my Minitor 5 Pager, but the tones do not line up with any of the standards supported formats available including user option
My Uniden scanner decodes Grandville as 882.9 & 430.7 and consistently alerts on these tones. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Jeff W8IP.

The user format will let you enter your A & B tones. They won't show up as exactly the frequencies that you entered, but the Min V will alert OK. As long as the displayed tones are within 1.5% of what you entered everything will work.
