4 Digit Cap Code

Can anyone guide me on how to find the correct Quickcall IIB 4 digit code for
Tone A 1181.0 Tone B 1930.2

and

Tone A 1830.5 and Tone B 1153.4

The code is needed for a Centracom Gold Console programming

Your first pair come out to 59D0 as the closest code. It produces 1180.0 and 1930.1 for tones.
The second pair is 0981.
