One of our sales guys recently sold a bunch of these pagers to a customer, without asking us here in service if we had any experience with them...which we don't. So the pagers are delivered to the customer and they can't read them with their Advisor Gold software...no kidding. I found the UniGold PPS 6.15.06 on their website & sent it to the customer. Now it turns out the pagers appear to be password protected, software prompts for one upon reading. So, is there a default password, or is it carrier dependent?
