Batboard

i have a used siren with all the cables and DEK box. I hooked it up last nite and put a test siren on it and when you push the yelp or hi-low it will play untill it peaks then stops, but it will come back on like it doesn't have sound on the down side of the tones. One wail button lights up and doesn't do anything. also my radio goes nuts when the siren is activated. there is also a red and white wire comeing out of the vip cable that goes from the A7 head and the DEK box any idea what they go to? thanks
