move itunes library from old computer to new computer

need to move an itunes library from an old computer to a new computer. this would be easy except music was purchases on the new computer before the library from old computer could be moved to new computer. how will that affect these and is there any way to do it without losing the old library or the new purchases. its a mix of purchases and ripped music on old and just purchases on new.
