Commercial Series cps R05.16 codeplug password off

Hi Has anyone figured out a way to modify the commercial series cps ( i have R05.16 )to work with password off ?

for the codeplug on a cp040 and if so can any one give me the offset to edit

i have read all the post but i do not see any info for commercia series cps R05.16 offset to edit for password off

am i doing something wrong "Help"
