Multi band Programmer Issue

Anyone know how to solve the radio detection issue within the programmer in Windows 7 Pro?

Some notes:
Thales Liberty 6.3+ Programmer & radio. Plus driver.
Was working previously to an operating system update, which required a complete clean of the hard drive.

I'm sorry what model Motorola product is this for?

Here's your problem: it's LIBERTY related. Thats why it doesn't work. Wanna buy my Liberty? I don't want it - they are junk radios. If not, as MTS said, wrong site.
