Radio fault 02 ???

I have an mc2100
I have tryied to force its own serial number and model number in to it via wookie.
At first i could not read it right, and it couldt not see what model it was.
After i forced the serial number and modelnumber into it, i could read it and program it, in wookie and rss 02.09.00
But when i start it up it shows Radio fault 02.
What does the fault mean?
