APX Tuner size on disk

Can anyone explain why the APX Tuner is a 359 MB download, yet only occupies 24 Mb on disk?
I understand there may be some included merge modules in the installer, but ~90% worth?

It hooks and loads DLLs from the main application. The download file is all inclusive, the same app on the disk is dependent on other files on the disk it calls during install.

APX tuner R25 has been downsized to 351mb download, close to 2021 year end.
