Help with MCS2000

Post by Max »

Can someone help me figure out a way using the Pinout for the Accessory Connector on a MCS2000 UHF 100 watt to hook up a relay.

I need the radio to trip a relay when it's keyed up for TX. Is there any pins that can been used as a open or closed circuit or do any have a voltage when TX.

Thanks in Advance for any help.

The only pin I'm aware of is Pin 8, when you program the "car radio mute" option in the CPS. However, it also trips on carrier detect as well.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
