Saber 1E UHF issues

Maybe someone can shed some light on this topic I am having with my portable. I recently reprogram my Saber 1E with 24 frequency (two zones) for ham and GMRS.
Then on the GMRS frequency, it did not want to transmit. However, the Saber stills receive without any issues. Then two days later it won't transmit on any of the frequency.
I used the same code-plug on another Saber 1E without any issues.
Any help is greatly appreciated to resolve these issues.
