Maxtracs not taking TPL or DPL

I have a few D27mwa5gb2ak & b7. When I program them for tpl or dpl
they still only have carrier Squelch... any ideas ??

Are you using a mic with the correct "hang up button"?

GeeZzzz.. I forgot all about that... I did 2-way for many years, many years back. Guess its the age . Thanks..
