im interested in a trbo xpr4580 800/900 mobile and was wondering whats involved in setting it up on the ham band? i did a search for the model on here and only came up with a few posts, nothing about using on 900 ham band.

A 4580 that's set up as a conventional non trunking radio will do 902/927 just fine. But if it's flashed for Smartnet trunking, it will not. GARY
