Unusual sound from TRBO system

Guys,

My employer runs what appears to be a 2 repeater/4 channel TRBO system at our distribution centers in Bethlehem, PA. I'm almost 100% certain that the system is NOT a Capacity Plus, due to the lack of a resting burst.

However, the repeaters make the sound linked below for about 4 seconds every 60 seconds, religiously. Can anyone tell me what the system is doing? It sounds like the raw audio you get just as a normal TDMA repeated transmission is about to finish...

Sounds like the repeaters are set to beacon

That's what I was starting to think - what is being sent in that beacon, though?
