WPLN4111 Vs. WPLN4232

Post by Jim1348 »

I am looking for a single unit IMPRES chargers for XPR6550. I see both the WPLN4111 and WPLN4232 listed. What is the difference between the two of them?

The WPLN4111 is for the XTS2500/3000/5000, not the MOTOTRBO radios.

WPLN4232 is the correct single unit charger for a XPR6550.

I charge all my Trbo radios with my WPLN4111. Moto makes an insert to put in the charger to charge Trbo batteries. They also sell an insert for APX radios to charge in the same charger. Keeps my desk clean. One charger for all Trbo, APX, Astro Saber, Jedi, XTS 3000, 2500, & 5000 radios. Wish other companies would do the same thing. GARY.

It may be a NNTN8169.

I see that's the part# for the insert for a APX4000 radio for use with a WPLN4111 single unit charger.

I don't know. The adapter I use has 4 battery contacts, while that one has none. GARY
