XPR 5550 REAR programming ?

Can anyone please tell me if I choose to use the rear programming option what to set what pin numbers to what functions?

I'm not sure what your asking. You don't need to set the rear connector to anything to program the radio from the rear connector. It works by default.

The USB data pins are 1 & 2, and ground is any number of pins. See image below:
