Are there any front panel programmable Motorola UHF portable transceivers that will do TRBO?
Do all of the portable TRBO radio models numbers start with XPR?

One guy in, I think, Florida has modified the firmware on a TRBO HT to do FPP. If you
search Youtube you'll find it easily. How he did it, what the limitations might be, etc.,
are not really known yet, but if you believe his video demo he actually did accomplish
FPP on the radio.

Keep your eyes on itrbo.com / DMR Technologies. from FL that is Moni's company.

Moni is essentially our local go-to guy for TRBO here in South FL. He is also working with Motorola to write firmware/software for TRBO use if I'm not mistaken. His website is http://www.kc2krw.com/kc2krw/Welcome.html
