w3 direct into radio

w3 direct into radio

Has anyone set up a Astro spectra low power with the w3 direct into the radio.

Works fine on low/mid power drawers. You'll need to connect a standard DB-15 to the rear for ignition, speaker, and emergency jumper.

High power is a different story.

Thanks for the quick reply , Looks like i jumped ahead of my self a bit and also assumed that i could take out the logic board from a high power w3 and put in a low power unit, Looks like the W3 interface board is not the same as all the other models so i will now only be looking for help with the high power unit with the w3 head if this is correct ,Sorry for the mix up i will keep focused on my original hardware high power spectra and a w3 mike with no y cable.

Does anyone have info on the pinouts for the w3 y cable to a high power spectra.
