XTL2500 record out

I see in my XTL2500 (remote head) manual that there is an accessory connector for RX and TX audio out for recording.
Does anyone know if this is also possible with a non-remote mount XTL2500? I've looked, but haven't seen anything yet.
I have an XTL2500 used as a control station, and I'd like to be able to get both RX/TX audio off of it.
